Please arrive at you're allocated appointment time or no longer than 5 minutes before unfortunately there is no receptionist available, which means if the door is locked and you arrive more than 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment you may have to wait outside or in you're car until the previous treatment has finished before I can let you in.
Please attend your appointment alone unless accompanying someone under the age of 18.
If you arrive late to you're appointment it may have to be shorted down or rescheduled if so the full amount of the treatment cost will be payable.
